    Description

On offer is a pair of original drawings depicting the WWI P.O.W. camp at Little Fern Hill, Oswestry, Shropshire, in England.  Each drawing is dated (3 and 5 August 1919) and signed by the artist, whose name appears to be “Bading” or “Badling”.  One drawing measures about 9 x 6 inches, the other about 9 x 5.5 inches.  One drawing appears to have been executed only in pencil; the other is in pencil along with looks like white gouache.
The art is executed on stiff cream-colored stock; each sheet is mounted on a piece of black paper.  Condition is excellent.
Buyer to pay actual cost of shipping.  International shipment will be via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
