Antique 1891 - WW1 Belgium Military Bayonet & Scabbard for Rifle

Selling is what I believe to be a Belgium made model # 91 bayonet and scabbard.  A local military collector stated this and added it was made some time between 1891 and WW1.   I cannot be sure as I wasn't able to find anything more on it.  I AM NOT AN EXPERT ON MILITARY ITEMS.
I got this out a local estate and do not know the history of it.  The condition is as I found it.
Condition:
Good condition for its age.
No signs of damage or repairs.
Scabbard locking mechanism works as does the mechanism to lock the bayonet on to a rifle.
Sold as is.

Size:
Bayonet overall is 18 1/8" long.
Scabbard is 14" long.
The bayonet and scabbard weigh 1 pound 5 ounces.
Markings:
On the blade - a crown over the letter "C".
On the scabbard - 2/K4 and No. 11
