    You are bidding on a war medal that features six (6) military flags with a cherry blossom in the center (the cherry blossom was often used by the Japanese military because it dies at the height of its beauty). Please take the time to closely examine the photos as this is the exact medal that you're bidding on.  This is a rare, small medal that is likely from a regional Japanese military association. The medal is dated on the front Meiji 37 (1904). This came in a box filled with other medals and artifacts that dated from the late 1800s through WW2.
